§ 31.21 RIVERBOAT WAGERING TAX REVENUE FUND.
   (A)   There shall be a Riverboat Wagering Fund, established for the deposit of monies received as a share of the town’s part of the tax revenue.
   (B)   Pursuant to law, the riverboat wagering tax revenue sharing of the town shall be administered in accordance with law and be used for only those purposes specified by law.
