§ 111.076 APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION BY TOWN.
   (A)   Except for individual service connections, the grantee shall not, within the town, run any line or make any attachment, nor shall any construction of any kind be commenced without the prior approval of the Town Council or its designated representative. The approval shall not be unreasonably withheld and action shall be taken on any request for approval within three business days of receipt of the request, or it shall be deemed granted. The grantee shall be able to make emergency repairs as needed. The town government shall have and maintain the right to inspect the construction, operation and maintenance of the system by the grantee to ensure the proper performance under applicable town and state regulations.
   (B)   Whenever it is necessary to shut off or interrupt service for the purpose of making repairs, installations, or adjustments, the grantee shall do so at times that will cause the least amount of inconvenience to its subscribers.
