§ 111.075 MOVEMENT OF BUILDINGS.
   (A)   Each grantee shall, upon request by any person holding a building moving permit or other approval issued by the town government or the state, temporarily remove, raise, or lower its wire to permit the movement of buildings. The expense of the removal, raising, or lowering shall be paid by the person requesting the same, and a grantee shall be authorized to require the payment in advance.
   (B)   This expense charged shall be reasonable in light of standard practices and charges in the community. A grantee shall be given not less than 48 hours oral or written notice to arrange for the temporary wire changes.
