§ 98.04 DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT.
   The “Director of Development” shall be the chief administrative officer of the Development Department. The Director of Development shall be appointed by the Town Council and shall serve in this capacity until the official either resigns or the Town Council removes the official from the position, with or without cause.
