§ 98.03 APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT AND HEARING AUTHORITY.
   The executive department authorized to administer this chapter and be responsible for the administration of the provisions of I.C. 36-7-36 shall be the “Development Department”. The “Hearing Authority” shall be the Town Council.
