§ 97.03 ESTABLISHMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF DEPARTMENT AND DESIGNATION OF HEARING AUTHORITY.
   There is established an executive department authorized to administer this chapter and be responsible for the administration of the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9. Said department shall be designated as the “Development Department”. The “Hearing Authority” shall be the Town Council.
