§ 94.03 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

All fees or moneys shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer, or agents designated by the Town Council. Money so paid shall be transmitted to the Clerk-Treasurer and shall be used in carrying out the provisions of this chapter and all other legal purposes.
