(A) Containers of alcohol or beverages containing alcohol are strictly prohibited in the town park. It shall also be unlawful to possess or consume any alcoholic beverages within the town park or within any designated public parking area immediately adjacent to the boundary of the park in the town.

(B) Signs giving notice of this prohibition of alcoholic beverages shall be posted, giving notice of such regulation at all locations deemed appropriate by the Town Marshal.
