The jurisdiction of this chapter shall be the corporate limits of the town, as presently defined or as may be modified by annexation or town ordinance. The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable to all parks owned by the town, unless the context of the regulation clearly applies to a particular park. The words “the park” as used in this chapter shall have the same meaning as “any town park.”
