It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to have printed any forms and instructions as are required for the administration of this chapter. It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to require all persons, firms, or corporations making application for a permit under the terms of this subchapter to post and keep current the bonds required hereby.
