One copy of each permit shall be issued to the applicant, one copy issued to the Street Superintendent, and one copy filed in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office. It shall be the specific duty of the Street Superintendent to stop any work which is being performed when it does not comply with the terms of this subchapter and report the noncompliance to the Town Council.
