(A) For purposes of traffic and movement of vehicles, the following streets and alleys or sections thereof are hereby designated and declared to be one-way streets and alleys.
(B) Vehicles using the below designated one-way streets and alleys shall proceed through the streets and alleys only in the direction specified herein, and movement in the opposite direction is prohibited.
