There is hereby established a pedestrian crosswalk on Bridge Street approximately 75 feet southwest of the intersection of Bridge Street and Clark Street. No pedestrian shall cross Bridge Street at that location except by using the crosswalk. The Street Department shall place and maintain appropriate traffic markings and signage at that location.
