(A) Creation of fund. The Town hereby creates and establishes a special fund LIT - Public Safety Fund (Fund 2240).
(B) Purpose of fund. The purpose of the fund is to track receipts and disbursements for public safety as defined by IC 6-3.6-2-14.
(C) Appropriations. The Town Council of the Town may authorize the expenditure of funds from the LIT Public Safety Fund by appropriations for purposes for which the fund was created.
