(A) There is hereby established a non- reverting fund for the Town entitled the Donation Non- Reverting Fund.
(B) The source of funds which are to be deposited into this Fund are donation monies received by the Town and/or the Brownsburg Fire Territory for certain events, activities and/or causes.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to establish such Fund for the purposes as set forth herein and to use the donation revenue contained therein to accommodate related expenses and the donation of these funds to their intended source as may be permitted in accordance with Indiana law and the policies and procedures of the Indiana State Board of Accounts. In addition, such Fund may also include such subcategories or funds to accommodate proper accounting and administration of the funds received.
