(A) Brownsburg parks and recreation seeks a fee schedule in order to charge a fee for advertising spaces sold to local and county businesses. The Recreation Guide is a tri-annual publication by the Brownsburg Parks and Recreation Department to promote facilities, seasonal programs, classes, and special events. Advertising fees would be as follows:

(B) Advertisements must not be political, religious, offensive, discriminatory, or immoral in any way. The Brownsburg Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to accept, decline and/or limit the number of advertisements in the Recreation Guide fo any reason.
