(A) Annual membership ID pass.

(1) Full-time Town employees are eligible for a fifty percent (50%) discount on annual facility membership fee. No discount will be available on individual programs.
(2) All children under the age of ten (10) years of age must be under direct supervision of an adult, eighteen (18) years of age or older, or must be participating in a supervised facility program.
(3) An additional charge of five dollars ($5) will be imposed for a replacement membership ID pass.
(4) Note, not all programs and activities are included in the membership fee. Certain programs and activities will require an additional fee for participation, but this rate may be at a discounted rate for members.
(5) Members are able to rent specific rooms or areas of the Community Center for personal use, based on schedule (game room for parties, meeting rooms, etc.)
(B) Annual fitness room membership pass.

No one under the age of fourteen (14) years may be in the Community Center fitness room at any time.
(3) Any posted rules and regulations in the fitness room shall be controlling as if set out herein.
(C) Annual youth fitness center membership pass.

(1) Membership is open for those students in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Students must have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian as well as a form agreeing to all the rules and regulations.
(2) Any posted rules and regulations in the youth fitness center shall be controlling as if set out herein.
(D) Kiddie care fee. Two dollars ($2) per child per hour for a maximum of four (4) hours.
(E) Key deposit. A twenty-five dollars ($25) key deposit will be charged for those requiring a key to enter any room or area of the Community Center.
(F) Meeting Rooms A, B, C - Rental.

(3) One (1) room is reserved for non-profit organizations at no charge with proof of non-profit status required.

(J) Game Room rental for private party. Available for after hours rental only.
(1) Fee: One hundred dollars ($100) for the first hour with a one (1) hour minimum. Additional hours shall be fifty dollars ($50) per hour.
(2) All games shall be set for free play as part of the rental.
(3) After hours security is required and shall be provided by the renter.
(4) A one hundred dollars ($100) refundable security deposit is required.
(K) Game Room coin drop game income.
Each game per play per person: Fifty cents ($.50) - two dollars ($2).
(L) Lock-in event fees.
(1) Five hundred dollars ($500)/eight (8) hours
Three hundred dollars ($300)/ eight (8) hours - Non-profit groups (must provide not-for-profit exemption documentation)
(2) A two hundred dollar ($200) refundable deposit is required.
(3) Fee includes use of large gym, free play in Game Room and one (1) meeting room.
(4) Normal and after hours are posted at the Community and Recreation Center.
(M) Organized league participation fees.
(1) General fees. One hundred sixty dollars ($160) - four hundred twenty-five dollars ($425) per league season for each team dependent on the type of sporting event. The specific sport league fees will be posted at the Community Center office.
(2) For leagues using the indoor facilities. If players are members of the facility there is no per game charge. If they are non-members of the facility, then the regular daily fees apply (excluding fitness room charges). Gym rental fees are included in the league participation fee.
(3) Additional fees. Forfeit fee of twenty five dollars ($25) - seventy-five dollars ($75) (dependent on the type of league) per game will be charged if a team does not give twenty-four (24)-hour notice of non-participation.
(N) Sponsorship income.
Facility sponsorship from five hundred dollars ($500) - two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).
(O) Income from catering. The Park and Recreation Department Community and Recreation Center will receive fifteen percent (15%) of gross receipts from the caterer for each catered event held at the Community Center.
(P) Income from personal trainers. A fifteen percent (15%) per hour fee will be charged to the personal trainer(s) for use of the fitness room.
(Q) Concession income. Non-profit organizations operating concessions at park events or within the Community Center will pay the Parks Department fifteen percent (15%) of all profits derived from concession sales.
(R) Vending machine income. Variable.
(S) Miscellaneous fees.
(1) Towel rental - One dollar ($1) per towel.
(2) Padlock rental - Fifty center ($.50) per padlock.
(T) All money from the fees of this section shall be deposited in the Park and Recreation Non-reverting Operating Fund.
