   (A)   Pursuant to the authority granted to the Park Authority by § 31.47 of this code and I.C. § 36-10-3 et seq., the Park Authority has established the following fees with respect to this section:

Notes:
•   Damage and/or clean-up deposits are refundable if item(s) or the facility is not damaged or left dirty.
•   7% sales tax included on items where applicable.
•   Food vendors will still have to charge and pay all applicable taxes, including but not limited to: Indiana state sales tax, food & beverage taxes.
•   Food and beverage vendors will have to acquire the necessary permits from the Indiana State Health Department.
•   Alcohol vendors will have to acquire the necessary temporary beer and wine permits from the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission.
•   Shelters are reserved on a first come first served basis in all cases.
 
   (B)   Private organizations which hold an event at one of the facilities located in the properties under the control of the Park Authority and which charge admission for such event shall donate a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of those admission charges to the Town of Brownsburg Parks.
   (C)   Bundy Lodge fee schedule:

   (D)   The following additional information and terms set forth below applies to divisions (A), (B) and (C) referenced above.
      (1)   Residents are organizations/ businesses/ individuals that reside and/or own property within the corporate limits of the Town of Brownsburg.
      (2)   Regular fees are for organizations/ businesses/individuals that reside and/or own property outside the corporate limits of the Town of Brownsburg.
      (3)   There is no reservation fee for use by a governmental organization during normal business hours. Governmental organizations are those organizations under the jurisdiction of federal, state, county or Town jurisdiction. A deposit may be required.
      (4)   Non-profit rates are applicable Monday through Thursday (except holidays) only and apply to a group or organization with a non-profit status (i.e. a church private school, community service group or a 501(d) organization). The regular reservation fee applies at all other times.
      (5)   All entities will be required to pay the security deposit.
      (6)   The Park Authority may approve an adjusted fee schedule in unique circumstances, such as for numerous rentals over an extend period of time.
   (E)   The Park Authority shall establish the fees, rules and procedures for the use and reservation of Bundy Lodge, all of which may be amended from time to time as may be determined necessary in the discretion of the Park Authority.
   (F)   All fees shall increase three percent (3%) on January 1 each year beginning January l, 2026.
