§ 40.02 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS FEES FEE SCHEDULE.

   (A)   Applications.

      (1)   Administrative decision appeal   $100

         (a)   If the administrative decision is overturned by the Board of Zoning Appeals, the full application fee shall be refunded.

      (2)   Variance of use   $600

      (3)   Variance of development standards   $600

      (4)   Special exception use   $600

      (5)   Amendment to previous approval   $300

   (B)   Other.

      (1)   Special meeting   $600 + application fee
