(A) The Superintendent shall have the legal authority to issue notices of violation, cease and desist orders, establish compliance schedules, request show cause, and revoke permits as outlined in the written enforcement response plan under approval by the Control Authority.
The enforcement response plan shall detail formal action taken by the Town in the event of compliance issues, including but not limited to, those found within this chapter.
(B) The plan shall be made available upon request to any user of the POTW.
