(A) The Town Council hereby exercises its Home Rule Authority to allow the installation of public vending machines in the Town Hall lobby area and the restricted area of the employee lounge as well as the restricted area of the Police Department and such other restricted areas of the Town's facilities as may be determined acceptable by the Town Manager at any time hereafter.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to deposit commissions earned from the public vending machine into the General Fund and commissions from the restricted area vending machines in the employee lounge and Police Department and all areas of the Town's facilities that exist as of the date of this section and that may be installed any time hereafter in accordance with the terms of this section into an Employee Vending Machine Fund to be used for the benefit of employees to offer bereavement and condolences or for employee social events/activities.
