The employment relation, obligations, and responsibilities of all Town employees except those employees within the Brownsburg Police Department and the Brownsburg Fire Territory, shall be governed by an employee handbook dated January 1, 2007, which may be revised from time to time. The benefits of all town employees, except those employees within the Brownsburg Police Department and the Brownsburg Fire Territory, unless otherwise set forth by their respective departmental policies and procedures, shall also be governed by the employee handbook.
