(A) A replacement zoning and subdivision control ordinance, entitled “Unified Development Ordinance,” including other materials that are incorporated therein by reference, is hereby adopted, such replacement ordinance consisting of the following Articles and Appendices which are attached to Ord. 2015-18 by reference as Exhibit A and are incorporated herein:

(B) The Commission is hereby authorized to print and file two copies of the Unified Development Ordinance in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and Department of Development Services to keep on file for public inspection.
(C) The Unified Development Ordinance shall have no effect on existing litigation of causes of action, and shall not operate as an abatement of any action or proceeding now pending or which could be brought as to any changed provision of Ord. 2012-17 as amended; or the Brownsburg Municipal Code, as amended, by virtue of the ordinances or section of ordinances or code provisions so amended or repealed.
