§ 130.05 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.
   Except as provided for and permitted under the Town’s Temporary Beer and Wine Permit Procedures and Policy, no person shall possess, consume, or use alcoholic beverages, drugs, or controlled substances on Town property.
