In the event that the person for whom emergency service is being provided has expired, the formal procedure already established by the County Coroner's office will be followed. Under no circumstances will any Brownsburg Fire Territory (the “Territory”) personnel or any employee of the Town by suggestion, inference or any other means, state any preference to the family or any person connected with the incident regarding the selection of a funeral home.
