It is necessary and advisable to provide emergency ambulance, rescue, and first-aid service, of an emergency nature only, to the citizens of the Town and to the citizens of the surrounding areas situated solely within the county. It is also necessary and advisable to provide advanced life support services of an emergency nature to the citizens of the Town and to the citizens of the surrounding areas and in Brown and Lincoln Townships and where covered by mutual aid as requested. All advanced life support services shall be governed pursuant to Title 836 Article 2, Advance Life Support, of the Indiana Emergency Medical Commission.
