(A) The fee for a permit under this chapter shall be three hundred dollars ($300), payable upon issuance of the permit. No permit shall be issued until the fee payable under this chapter has been paid in full.
(B) A permittee hereunder shall reimburse the Town for the actual costs of public safety services including but not limited to Fire and Police Department services rendered to the permittee during the permittee's activity. Reimbursement shall be paid to the Town within thirty (30) days after the receipt of a billing statement issued by the Clerk-Treasurer.
