§ 94.30 ADOPTION OF MASTER PLAN.
   (A)   The Town Council, along with the Park and Recreation Board, adopts the Park and Recreation Master Plan as its official guideline for planning for the next five (5) years, for the growth and development of park and recreational opportunities in the Town.
   (B)   A copy of the Plan is on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
