(A) The hours of operation for Arbuckle Acres Park, Hartford Park, and Vic Overman Sportsfield Park for use by the general public shall be set as open from 5:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. on a daily basis, and those hours shall be posted at all locations. Exceptions to these established hours of operation shall be during any special event granted extended hours by the Park and Recreation Board. The Park Board will notify the Police Department of any request/grant.
(B) Violations of this section shall be subject to penalties as prescribed in Chapter 39, Ordinance Violations Bureau, and shall be deemed a Class B Infraction.
