Section 93.21 shall not apply to the following:
(A) Wetland plants or grass vegetation in wetland areas;
(B) Wetland plants, grasses and herbaceous vegetation within 50 feet of designated storm water ponds or within 120 feet of natural or altered creeks, rivers and stream corridors, including filer strips, and riparian buffer strips, that convey water, provided they are cut to less than eight inches at lease one per year if located with 200 feet of an occupied residence or developed property or public right-of-way;
(C) Agricultural crops, and grass vegetation growing on agriculturally zones land, including hay, and pastures, that are fenced and contain animals;
(D) Temporary erosion control grasses;
(E) Maintained prairie, meadow, densely wooded areas or natural landscape vegetation, including the cultivation or native grasses indigenous to Indiana;
(F) Grass vegetation and natural landscape vegetation in publicly owned parks designated as natural preserves or natural undisturbed areas where the land and vegetation appears not to have been graded, landscaped, or otherwise disturbed by human or mechanical means in recent time; or
(G) Grass vegetation and natural landscape vegetation on natural or altered slopes steeper than 2:1.
