§ 93.02 MAINTAINING NUISANCES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall erect, construct, cause, permit, keep or maintain within the Town limits, anything whatsoever which is injurious to the public health or safety, or offensive to the senses of inhabitant. The existence of any of the above is declared to be a nuisance and shall be regulated as set forth in this chapter.
