Whenever it shall be the responsibility of more than one (1) official to enforce the provisions of this chapter, it shall be the duty of the enforcement officials to coordinate their inspections and administrative orders so far as is possible, so that the owner and occupants of buildings shall not be subjected to numerous inspections, nor to multiple or conflicting orders.
