§ 92.093 RECORDS AND REPORTS.
   (A)   (1)   The Bureau shall maintain files containing reports of all properties which have been inspected, all orders issued, all complaints and fires investigated, and the location of all buildings containing hazardous occupancies.
      (2)   The Bureau shall make reports available to the office of the State Fire Marshal when the information affects the enforcement authority of that office.

   (B)   The Bureau may establish reasonable fees for providing copies of any report. Fees and charges so collected shall be deposited in a special bureau fund and an accounting of funds shall be made in the Bureau's annual report to the Board of Fire Commissioners. All moneys in a bureau fund shall be subject to the applicable law respecting handling and expenditure of public funds.
