Each Fire Department and Bureau may, as often as may be necessary, do the following:
(A) Inspect any especially hazardous manufacturing process, storage or installation.
(B) Inspect all fire alarm, standpipe, and automatic sprinkler systems.
(C) Inspect all buildings and premises.
(D) Inspect all other hazardous conditions, uses, processes or appliances as the Chief of the Fire Department or Bureau shall designate.
(E) Inspect, upon receipt of a complaint, any building or premises.
