§ 92.090 FIRE PREVENTION BUREAU; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   Establishment; jurisdiction.
      (1)   There is established a local Fire Prevention Bureau within the Brownsburg Fire Department.
      (2)   The jurisdiction of the Fire Prevention Bureau shall be within the Town.

   (B)   Organization of the Fire Prevention Bureau. The Fire Prevention Bureau of the Fire Department shall be under the supervision of the Fire Prevention Chief appointed pursuant to the applicable personnel rules of the Fire Department.
