(A) The following provisions of the National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) standards are adopted as the minimum standards to be applied pursuant to this chapter:

(B) A current copy of these standards shall be available in the office of the Bureau of Fire Prevention for inspection and copying by members of the public during normal business hours.
(C) All proposed additions, deletions or changes to the standards listed in division (A) of this section shall be submitted to the Board of Fire Commissioners for review and adoption as part of this chapter.
