§ 91.30 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Prior to doing business within the Town, a business alarm business shall obtain a permit from the Clerk-Treasurer's office.
   (B)   A business alarm business in operation at the time this chapter became effective (October 1, 1990) has thirty (30) days to apply for a permit as required in division (A) of this section.
