§ 71.11 DRIVING ACROSS SIDEWALK.
   (A)   The driver of any vehicle shall not drive over any sidewalk area except at a permanent or temporary driveway. No vehicle shall be driven over or across the curb of any street except as provided in this section.

   (B)   A person who drives a vehicle within a business or residence district that is emerging from an alley, a driveway, or a building shall stop the vehicle immediately before driving onto a sidewalk or into the sidewalk area extending across an alleyway or a private driveway.

   (C)   It is unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to ride or drive any bicycle or motorcycle; to ride, drive or lead any animal; to permit any motor vehicle to enter upon, travel on, in, over and along any sidewalk, whether improved or unimproved, except in the necessary act of crossing the same, within the corporate limits of the Town.
