§ 71.02 SAFETY REQUIRED FOR CERTAIN MANEUVERS.
   Before making a movement described in this section, a person shall give a clearly audible signal by sounding the horn if any pedestrian may be affected by the movement and given an appropriate stop or turn signal in the manner provided in I.C. 9-21-8-27 and I.C. 9-21-8-28 if any other vehicle may be affected by the movement. A person may not do the following unless the movement can be made with reasonable safety:
   (A)   Slow down or stop a vehicle.
   (B)   Turn a vehicle from a direct course upon a highway.
   (C)   Change from one traffic lane to another.
