(A) Passing other vehicles prohibited. It is unlawful for any truck over three-fourths (¾) of a ton to pass another moving vehicle on any street in the Town.

(B) Parking prohibited on streets, exception. No person shall at any time park any truck, tractor or trailer over three-fourths (¾) of a ton on any of the streets of the Town unless to load or unload the contents thereof.
