(A) The operation and technical oversight of Brownsburg Online will be provided by the Brownsburg Online Advisory Board. The Board shall make the technical operational decisions and recommend to the Town Council rate structures and other matters for the Council’s approval and implementation.
(B) The Board shall consist of three to five members who shall be appointed by the Town Council. A member appointed shall serve at the discretion of the Town Council and be subject to reappointment every year.
