§ 55.02 AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH INTERNET NETWORK.
   The Town Council authorizes the design, construction and implementation of an internet service network to serve the citizens and surrounding areas to the town. Upon approval from the Town Council, this utility may borrow funds from the water and sewer utility of the town to construct this network.
