(A) There is further established fees which may be collected by the Utility Department.
(1) A non-refundable rental fee of ten dollars ($10) per day or any part of a day shall be charged. This charge will include the meter, a hose, a nozzle, and a hydrant wrench.
(2) A refundable deposit of five hundred dollars ($500) shall be paid before the unit can be picked up and will be refunded only when the meter kit is returned and found to be in good working condition. The refund of the deposit shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer upon receipt of a properly signed claim form from the lessee and approved by the Water Superintendent, without prior approval of the Town Council.

(B) All financial transactions shall be handled by the Utility Office located in the Town Hall. All fees collected shall be deposited into the Water Operating Account.
