There is established the following policy regarding the use of the water meter hydrant kit:
(A) The water meter hydrant kit shall be primarily used for washing streets and sidewalks during and after construction. The meter kit shall be kept at the Water Department field office located at 220 Mardale, Brownsburg, Indiana 46112, and shall be released only after presentation of a paid receipt from the Utility Office and completion of a written hydrant meter kit rental agreement which will be provided by the Utility Office.
(B) A meter reading shall be taken before and after each use of the water meter kit and appropriate records kept. All water used shall be paid prior to the return of the deposit and normal water rates shall apply.
