If the delinquent utility customer does not pay the total as indicated on their delinquent utility notice or bill in full by the due date, the Utility Department Superintendent or any employee appointed by the Superintendent shall disconnect the delinquent utility customer from the Town water distribution system, and the property shall remain disconnected until service is restored pursuant to § 54.03 below.
