All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the Town from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
The requirements, specifications and town permit shall in no way replace any existing or proposed federal, state or local regulatory agency's regulations or permits, requirements, guidelines, or specifications, except in the case where such requirements or specifications of the Town are more stringent.
