§ 51.04 DISPOSAL SITE PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The issuance of a permit or license to any person for the operation of a public disposal area shall be subject to approval of the Town Council or its representatives, who shall inspect the proposed site prior to the issuance of a permit or license.
