§ 34.096 DESIGNATION OF PURCHASING AGENTS.
   (A)   The Town Manager, Assistant Town Manager, Director of Capital Projects and Field Operations, Capital Projects and Procurement Manager, Water Utilities Director, Economic Development Director, Information Technology Administrator, and Financial Analyst are designated as purchasing agents for the Town.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer and Deputy Clerk- Treasurer are designated as purchasing agents.
   (C)   The Town Court Judge, Town Court Administrator and the Town Court Clerk are designated as purchasing agents for the Town Court.
   (D)   The Police Chief (or Acting Police Chief) is designated as a purchasing agent for the Police Department.
   (E)   The Purchasing Agent and/or Fire Chief are designated as purchasing agents for the Brownsburg Fire Territory.
   (F)   The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of the Wastewater Treatment Plant are designated as purchasing agents for the Sewer Utility.
   (G)   The Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of the Water Utility are designated as purchasing agents for the Water Utility.
   (H)   The Street Superintendent and Assistant Street Superintendent are designated as purchasing agents for the Street Department.
   (I)   The Director of Parks and Recreation and the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation are designated as purchasing agents for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
   (J)   The Superintendent of the Town Garage is designated as a Purchasing Agent for the Town Garage.
   (K)   The purchasing agency is authorized to designate, in writing, additional purchasing agents for the Town.
   (L)   The Utility Superintendent is designated as a purchasing agent for the Water and Sewer Utility.
