§ 34.019 PETTY CASH FUND FOR FIRE TERRITORY.
   (A)   A Petty Cash Fund is established by the Town Council in an amount not to exceed fifty dollars ($50), to be administered by the Board of Fire Commissioners for the Fire Territory for the purpose of paying small or emergency items of department operating expense as prescribed by I.C. 36-1-8-2 and I.C. 36-1-8-3.
   (B)   The Board of Fire Commissioners, after appointing a custodian, shall establish a written policy for its use, operation, and reimbursement.
