§ 34.017 CHRISTMAS LIGHT FUND.

(A) There is established a Christmas Light Fund for the upkeep and replacement of Christmas lights in the Town.

(B) It is further ordained that expenditures from the Christmas light fund may be spent without appropriation. Also, any donations for Christmas lights or decorations shall be deposited into this fund
